Help your seniors find that spark and zest again! This balanced workout uses an upbeat variety of music that motivates and energizes seniors to move and interact. Your seniors will look forward to this class. Let our certified instructors help you strengthen and enrich the lives of your residents!

Our Young at Heart, 30 minute senior program classes are designed to use music, props, enthusiastic instructors and even trivia of days gone by to engage your seniors in a fun-filled, energizing time of exercise.  Perhaps a Hawaiian adventure complete with leis, hula movements, and small pool noodles will set the stage for a voyage to the islands that day.  Maybe it will be a celebration of Cinco De Mayo complete with maracas and Latin music and moves.  Whatever the theme, our creative instructors are able to coax and encourage movement in seniors who have limited mobility as well as those who are able, but may be resistant to exercise. Young at Heart is designed to promote exercise and wellness in an extraordinary way.  We aim to assist healthcare providers in maintaining good health and fitness habits in seniors.  Reminiscing, nostalgia, and a heartfelt interest in your seniors make this program unique and successful.  We are in the business of making exercise fun for all ages.

Our instructors are also committed to building relationships, offering positive support and helping seniors realize their potential. Workouts include: warm-ups, stretching, resistance training, light cardio and relaxing cool downs. The class aims to increase circulation, improve flexibility, strengthen posture and augment mobility. Our enthusiastic instructors use fun props and equipment to encourage participation and get your seniors involved in a workout that will strengthen their bodies, enliven their minds and uplift their spirits.
